Refund Request.

I am frustrated. I am unable to bring my data from my bank account into Simplifi. I do NOT want to do this manually. I am unable to download a CIS file from my Credit Union either. Neither am I able to download from my Quicken account. Therefore I would like a refund of my account or exit from my membership or whatever. When you work out these bugs let me know. I am very disappointed
