Refund Request.

I am frustrated. I am unable to bring my data from my bank account into Simplifi. I do NOT want to do this manually. I am unable to download a CIS file from my Credit Union either. Neither am I able to download from my Quicken account. Therefore I would like a refund of my account or exit from my membership or whatever. When you work out these bugs let me know. I am very disappointed

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I am sorry you have been having trouble with Quicken Simplifi. I can certainly cancel your subscription and process a refund for you if you would like, but I wanted to make sure you did not want assistance with troubleshooting first. Please let us know!
