Ability to re-order the Columns in Transaction Activity (edited)

I'd like to see a way to organize the Transactions Activity page by having the ability to stretch columns wider or drag columns to be in a different order.

I know you can sort the transactions themselves by the different column headings (like sorting the transactions by date by clicking the word "date") and I know there's a way to remove/add columns, but I'd like to see a way to group the column headings in the order I want so the information I want to see/compare is beside each other and be able to expand the columns to see more text in that column (like the notes column, for example, rather than having to hover to see the continuation of that text that is cut off from the default column width).

Since we already have an Idea post requesting the ability to adjust the column width in account registers, I have gone ahead and turned this post into a request for just the ability to re-order the columns.
