Manually set cycle dates other than default of 1st

It would be a helpful addition if we were able to set our own cycle start date for when our "month" starts and ends. It could still default to start on the 1st but for those of us that are tracking our spending and wanting to use credit card cycle dates, or get paid at times in the month other than the first, it would be very helpful to be able to set it for a date of our choosing.
