Is there a way to track planned spending Annually as opposed to Monthly

Travel/Vacation is an annual expense/budget. I would like to be able to set a number for the year and see it's progress in the spending plan like I can for monthly expenses like Eating out or Gas etc. Is this possible?

Also, if you create a watchlist for a category or tag, you can see spending over the past 12 months. Watchlists also allow the user to add a target, I am using a watchlist to track my vacation expenses. Finally, reports will show annual expenses for a category but with no target in the meantime.
