Issue with Refund Tracker on the mobile app (edited)

I RARELY use the Awaiting Refund feature in Simplifi although I like knowing it is there! Someone paid me back. The amount of the refund owed was $35.91 but the actual refund was $36.00 - they only had cash. When everything linked up in Simplifi, I found that (A) the original, normal looking transaction had been replaced by the receipt looking thing below and (B) I couldn't upload a picture of the receipt on mobile. When I logged into the transaction on the web, I found a way to upload an attachment so I attached it there. Is this normal?

@Flopbot, thanks for bringing this to our attention!

It appears that the issue is that the transaction itself becomes a refund as soon as it's linked, so you are no longer able to access the Transaction Detail modal to add the attachment or make any other changes. When testing this from our end, we are wondering if you're on Android or iOS?

Please let us know so we can best assist!

@Flopbot, we went ahead and reported the issue with the transaction becoming a refund once linked, and will post back here with updates.

    Thanks!

@Flopbot, a fix for the issue we reported can be expected with the 5.4.0 Mobile Release. Let us know if things work properly for you after that time.

    Thanks!

@Flopbot, it looks like this was a little harder to tackle than originally anticipated, as they removed the fix version from the ticket. I'll keep you posted with any new updates.

    Thanks!
