Capital One Credit Card Payments not posting to Transactions

Why don't my capital one credit card payments not post to my transactions?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Are you getting any error messages when trying to update your accounts? Are the payments a transfer between two accounts that you track in your Quicken Simplifi? If so, is the payment not reflecting in either account (neither the payment account nor the credit card account being paid)? Is the payment account also with Capital One, or is it with a different financial institution?
