Stop Simplifi from asking to apply Rules (edited)

When no payee rule is required, Simplify does not allow the user to specify - don't ask again. As a result, every data entry requires an extra step to say no rule. Please add a checkmark to avoid asking again. And there needs to be the ability to enter a Payee rule saying - Don't categorize

    Hello @e5hapiro,

Thanks for reaching out! We moved this post out of Feature Requests, as it seems that you may need to disable the Rule Suggestion prompts by deselecting the checkbox next to the "Create a rule to also rename this payee for future transactions" option when editing or entering the Payee of a downloaded transaction, or by deselecting the checkbox next to the "Create a rule to also use this category for future transactions" option when editing or entering the Category of a downloaded transaction, whichever applies. Once this box is unchecked, future transactions will no longer prompt you for a Rule Suggestion.

The steps to do this in the Mobile application are here: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4340112-managing-transactions-on-the-mobile-app#h_03eda85395

    I hope this information helps!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
