Not seeing any income show up in my transactions or any other tabs

New to Simplifi and got my account all set up how I liked, with goals, and watch list, and the spending power and plan. I go to log in today and don't see any of my income direct deposits in Quicken. I checked my bank account and I surely got paid and it's not pending but for some reason, Simplifi just doesn't see it in my account anymore. Funny thing it's reflected in my account balance correctly but nowhere to be found in any other tab, not transactions or spending or bills and payments. I disconnected my checking accounts and readded them and still no luck….I thought this would be the budgeting app to replace Mint but I guess not!!!! Ugh~

Thanks for letting us know! Have you tried signing into Quicken Simplifi in another browser/incognito mode to see if the transactions show up there? Additionally, have you checked to see if the transactions are maybe in the wrong account? https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/3412682-how-to-resolve-missing-transactions
