I downloaded a JSON file from mint using the chrome extension. I then decided to start over for various reasons, deleted all my data and went through the json/chrome download again.

So for the second trial, I try to load the JSON file into simplify it crashes after loading the transactions. I could not get the first json file to load either.

I erased everything and then did the cvs download from mint. That finally worked but the simplify account I got was more chaotic than what I started with using the first JSON. I didn't realize that my first try was the best.

How can I get the JSON file to load?

    Hello @bmacd615,

Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify the situation, do you currently have data in Quicken Simplifi, or did you start over again? Have you tried importing smaller batches of transactions at a time? Sometimes larger imports can cause delays or failures, and this can be impacted by the processing capabilities of your computer, internet speed, etc. If you're importing multiple accounts at once, try importing into just one account at a time as well. Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks,

    Coach Jon

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
