How can I get a refund? My bank isn't listed and this software is pretty worthless if I can't see my banking information through it.

    Thanks for reaching out. I can definitely help you with a refund if you are within 30 days of purchasing Quicken Simplifi. I couldn't locate an account on our side using your email address, however. Did you have another email tied to a Quicken Simplifi account? You can message me directly if you do. Additionally, if you would like, I can see if your bank is supported in Quicken Simplifi.
