Payee for Transfers

I am trying to normalize my payee names because they come in wildly different, I have most of my normal transactions nice and tidy, but transfers are completely out of control. How do others out there handle this?

For payee names for transfers I use payee rename and category rules. I transfer funds via Zelle to my coworkers to pay them back for lunch and to the car detail guy. For my coworkers, I use a rule using statement text to equal coworker's name and category equal to restaurants and bars.

For recurring transfers, when the transaction is linked to the series, the payee name changes to whatever I designate in the series.
