What are the chances of getting my bank listed?

my bank is called classic Citibank. It is not listed. I signed up because I had meant and credit Karma is useless. But this is useless as well if my bank is not syncing. Unfortunately, I'm over 30 days since I signed up. I'm just now having a chance to experiment with us. I would like for this to work. How do I go about getting my bank on your list.? Thank you. https://classiccitybank.com/

Have you called your bank to see if they support third party connections?

  • Hi! yes they do support third party connections. I have my bank synchronized with my business QuickBooks account and also I had my personal bank accounts synchronized with Mint before they went away. Having said that, is there something the bank can initiate to make this happen? What can I do on the Quicken side. For Mint, I was able to enter each account and routing number manually and it found them. Then I simply put in my user name and password.

My understanding is that when Simplifi says it needs to manual, they mean tying in each transaction. In 2024 that is not a thing anymore.

Do you know if there is a solution or a pathway to it?

    Thanks!

    Hello @Red Walker,

When you spoke to your financial institution, did they mention which aggregation services they work with? Are the accounts you're trying to connect business accounts, personal accounts, etc.? Did the financial institution specifically mention if they support Quicken (and which connection methods they offer, if they do)?

On the Quicken Simplifi side, there are a couple ways that you can request support for your financial institution. Note: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee when or if a requested financial institution will be supported.

In the Add Account screen, when you search for your financial institution, there are a couple links at the bottom. One of them is "Send Request".

Clicking the "Send request" link will bring up a simple form asking for the name of the financial institution and the login URL (web address). On the down side, there is no way for customer's to track the request once it's sent.

The other way you can request a financial institution is to create an Idea post requesting it. For instructions on creating an Idea post, click here.

Your understanding of manual accounts is correct. A manual account would not be connected to any financial institution and would require that you put the transactions in yourself to keep it up to date. For more information on manual transactions, click this link.

I look forward to your reply!
