Deleting all accounts leaves behind zombie reoccurring transactions???

I renewed. I deleted all of my accounts to start 'fresh' as the Simplifi instructions state. Not only did I have zombie unattached future transactions left that I can't delete because there are no longer accounts to attach it to, but I have my entire list of reoccurring transactions as well. I deleted all of them one by one for this month and discovered that even though I deleted the entire series, including future months, these reoccurring transactions keep showing up every month. They won't die.

SUGGESTION: please add a 'START OVER FRESH' button in the settings. I just wasted two hours.

    @Chrobrego, thanks for reaching out!

    To clarify, where in Quicken Simplifi are you seeing the "zombie unattached future transactions"? And where do the deleted Recurring Transactions keep showing up each month? Are you using the Web App, the Mobile App, or both? Have you tried signing out and back in or anything along those lines? The more info you can provide will allow the Community to best assist!

    Also, as mentioned in your other post here, I can delete your Quicken Simplifi dataset if you'd like to start all over fresh.
