Ability to set a Target DAY for Savings Goals, not just Month and Year (edited)

As of now, Goals can be set by Month and Year.

It would be great if they could also be set by Day.

This would make goal tracking much better, IMO. It would also help make better sense of the triggering icon "on track" or "behind one month," which right now seems to change on the first day of the month automatically. What if I plan for my goal to be reached halfway through the month?
