Quicken Simplifi says it supports billers

Like PenFed, Amazon Prime, Planet Fitness, PeacockTV

When it doesn't support them. It essentially says, "We're working on it."

Are they working on it, though?

Perhaps we can talk to the third party that handles billing to find out why they list billers that are unsupported.

Is it just so they can collect passwords (which it prompts for) to steal information? If the billers are unsupported why does it need usernames and passwords?

Get on that third party,tell them to either remove the billers that aren't supported, or stop prompting for names/passwords if it's sure it cannot process them.

    @RobWilk, thanks for the feedback!

    Although I believe our product team is working on the Bill Connect connections, and possibly even switching providers, I'm not sure that we can do anything further from our end as far as our current service provider making changes like not listing Billers that aren't supported. You may need to contact BillGo directly with that particular feedback.

    I hope this helps!

    Here is what I wrote on their sales feedback form:

    Please explain why you list billers for Connected Billing in apps like Quicken Simplifi when those billers are NOT YET SUPPORTED. By listing them, I get the impression you are collecting passwords and usernames while not providing the actual bills. I insist that if something is not supported, it should not be included in the list of billers. Your service is useless if the list of billers is largely unsupported. I feel you owe Quicken a refund for any money charged for your service.
