Feature Request - Please Add the Ability to Hide Categories

From reading older posts on Reddit, it seems like Quicken Simplifi used to have this feature. Since I migrated from Mint, I would like the ability to hide those categories without losing all my historical categorization. Please help!

I'm pretty sure that's not what's being asked for. If I understand correctly, the goal would be to "hide" or "deactivate" categories so that they no longer show up in the list of categories available to add to new transactions, but without deleting them completely so that old transactions with those categories can keep them.
