Ability to link multiple bills to the same transaction [Edited]

I'd love a few updates made to the features for "Bills"

The ability to mark a bill as "Paid" without having to link it to a transaction - especially since some of my Bills are paid via Apple Credit Card and that's one account I can't link to Quicken Simplify
Would love to be able to link multiple bills to the same transaction – while I budget for rent, amenity/lounge fee & utilities separately, it's all one transaction on my card but I can't link it
