USAA Checking Balance $0.00

I am trying to set Semplifi up and am having nothing but problems with my USAA checking account. USAA savings and credit cards are fine. Checking account shows a zero balance no matter what I do. I've spent the last two days trying everything in the discussion board - it doesn't work. I've signed out/signed in, refreshed, added the account manually and linked, deleted the account and readded, made sure the browser is not blocking anything. If there was any brief mention of this issue, I've tried the solution. It does NOT work. It shows the transactions but not the balance?!?! How is that even possible?!

At this point, I'm just incredibly frustrated and ready to uninstall the entire thing. It's useless to me if I can't get the bank balance.

    @ChrisseyP, thanks for reaching out to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that your USAA checking account is giving you a $0 balance in Quicken Simplifi.

    Now that the holiday weekend is past, I'd suggest giving it another try in case the bank was blocking or anything along those lines. Also, which option are you using in Quicken Simplifi to connect to USAA — "USAA" or "USAA Federal Savings Bank"? If you haven't tried both, I'd suggest doing so. If the account still shows a $0 balance, please provide the name of it as it appears in Quicken Simplifi so we can take a closer look from our end.
