Hello,

When trying to link to https://www.ubs.com/onesource/txn , I get:

This usually happens if an account nickname or number has changed at your bank. To fix you must reconnect your account.
Care Code: FDP-106

Confirmed username and password work as expected when logging in through the website above.

    Hello @klarosa,

    To assist with this issue, please provide additional information. Are you getting this error when trying to update an account(s) you already have in your Quicken Simplifi, or is this happening with an account(s) you are trying to add to your Quicken Simplifi? What type of account(s) are you trying to connect? Have there been any recent changes to the financial institution website or login process recently? Has there been any activity in the account(s) in the last 90 days?
