The Standard Retirement Plan Market Value Missing

I am running into an issue linking my 401K at The Standard (listed under "MasterPlan - Retirement Planning"). The account balance is reflected in the totals, and the transaction activity appears to be importing correctly, but the market value and portfolio composition details are missing. Those details are available for my other retirement account through Fidelity but are not coming through from The Standard.

Thanks for reaching out! To get a better idea of what is not coming through, can you provide a screenshot showing what is missing in Quicken Simplifi?

Just noting I've been following this issue as well. Currently it says it is a known issue with currently no expected resolution date.
