Missing Transactions after 5/6

It appears that somehow all my credit union transactions after May 6th are no longer visible and I'm puzzled as to how to proceed. I've checked my searches and done a logoff/clear cache/logon just in case, but no joy.

How can I find out what happened and how to go forward with this? (I know I can do the export/import dance, but I'm hoping to find the root-cause so it's not an ongoing issue)

    To better understand the issue, I have some questions for you:

    • By "no longer visible" are you referring to in the account register itself, or in the Spending Plan, or some other area of the program?
    • Were these transactions ever in Quicken Simplifi?
    • Do you manually enter transactions or are they downloaded from the bank?
    • Are you referring to transactions from multiple accounts/banks, or is the issue specific to a certain account or bank?
    • If the account(s) is connected, have you noticed any error messages or anything along those lines that indicates a bad connection?
