Can't transfer money from one checking account to another

I just want to transfer $100 from one checking account to another. I can do transfers just fine with all my other accounts. I'm not doing anything fancy either; just a simple transfer of cash.

In this case, doing a transfer from one checking to the other and Simplifi gives me an error message that says, 'cannot compete this transaction.'

I spent 15 minutes with Quicken support working on it and they asked me for a video which I sent. The Quicken Helpdesk wasn't able to get it to transfer money either. Just a weird bug.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
