Stop the "New category rule" Pop up

Have an option to turn off the pop-up that allows you to create a new category rule.

glad there is a way to turn this off. This is a terrible feature. I like the going forward rule change option, but the fact that it can change all previous transactions too, awful mistake. I Accidentally clicked the continue button on this and 600 transactions on my Amazon credit card were all changed to "Pharmacy" No undo, no "are you sure" pop up.
