Can I write checks using Quicken symplifi?

No, Quicken Simplifi neither tracks check numbers nor prints checks. You can write your own checks (or have your bank write them via bill pay features), and hten log them with the check number in the description.

Thanks. What about bills you receive that want their invoice returned with your check/

For me? I use Chase Bill Pay, which either writes a check and mails it (at no cost to me) or pays electronically (also free). That then either downloads to simplifi as a transaction, or i can manually enter it and it will later match the bank transaction. I just tell chase bill pay the account number from the invoice, and it sends that to the biller with the payment.
If you are referring to business invoices, like operating a business, this software is not made for business purposes at this time.
