Ameritas Retirement balance disappeared
My Ameritas Retirement account is not showing any balance, just zero.
A couple of months back I had the same issue and removed the account, but I was unable to add it back until I got support from coach @Jon.

Thanks for the reply. I would suggest trying to connect the account with a fresh new connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

I've just completed the flow and the issue persists. Changed the account to manual, then removed the institution, added the institution back, added the account as a new account. I repeated the flow two more times but linking to the existing account. Same negative result.

Thanks for the reply. May I have you provide the information below when you are able to?
- The name of the account in question, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The name of the account in question, as it appears on the bank's website.
- A fresh screenshot of the balance for the account in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the balance displayed on the bank's website for a comparison.

Today my account is showing the balance, so it probably was/is a transient issue. I'll keep monitoring it.
