Unable to connect to Fort Financial Credit Union due to FDP-155 error (edited)

I recently open an account at Fort Financial Federal Credit Union and are unable to link my account. It seems like their website in the app is different from the actual website, fortfinancial.org. I appreciate if anyone can take a look into this problem. Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out! I was able to find an instance for Fort Financial Federal Credit Union in Quicken Simplifi.

    It looks like it links to the URL you gave in your description as well. What specifically is happening in your web application that is preventing you from linking your account?

    Thanks for the reply! Quicken Simplifi presents this error when we're unable to connect to a specific bank. Usually, this occurs if the selected bank is throttling connection traffic, the bank's website or the URL we use to connect is unavailable, or they're completing maintenance on their services. However, you may be able to log into the bank's website successfully and still receive this error in Quicken Simplifi because Quicken Simplifi connects to your bank using a different server.

    Most of the time, this error resolves itself after 24-48 hours. However, if you continue to receive this error after 48 hours, you will want to let us know so we can further troubleshoot.

    Hello @RainBoy301,

    I am sorry, I was mistaken by the type of error being presented for this bank. After verifying on our side, this bank is unfortunately in a permanent/indefinite block state for Quicken Simplifi. I would suggest contacting the bank's support team in this case.
