Closed accounts show [in the Accounts List] and total is not cleared
I have several closed accounts that were closed out at $0 balance, and updated in Quicken prior to their closing. I have followed the steps to properly mark them as closed, and unchecked the "Show closed" option. I selected to set the balance to zero.
In mobile, desktop app, and in browser, I see the closed accounts and they show a bigger balance than I ever had. Checking and unchecking the "show closed" button does not change the view.
It seems that there are three issues:
- Inaccurate totals
- Setting the balance to zero did not work
- Closed accounts are showing even with the show closed unchecked
I have read all the threads that I could find advising to follow the steps that I followed, and tried them on each platform multiple times over a month.
