Income Available wrong for mobile app

App version 5.7.0 on ios 17.5.1

Calculated income available is inaccurate for mobile app but accurate for web app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

    Hello @Almt12skyu,

    I'm not able to replicate the issue you describe. Since you already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app and that did not correct the issue, I recommend that you try restarting your device, then logging out of the app and back in again. If the issue persists after that, please provide more information about the device you're encountering this issue on (iPhone 14, for example).

  • Thank you Coach Kristina. Restarting my device, then logging out of the app and back in again did not resolve the issue. Iphone 11. The issue is only for June and I do not notice it for May or July.

    @Almt12skyu, thanks for giving those steps a try and posting back!

    Our product team just pushed a patch release of 5.7.1 to both Android and iOS — can you try uninstalling/reinstalling the Mobile App one more time to get updated to the latest version, please? If the issue persists after doing so, it looks like we have everything we'd need to escalate it aside from logs. You can submit logs from the Quicken Simplifi Web App by following these steps, which will also submit your data for the Mobile App:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
