A spending plan summary would be excellent. When you look at the spending plan, you see the individual categories you have created and the budget you have set. You do

So, as an example
Tolls = Budget $100 | Spent $120
Coffee =Budget $100 | Spent $120

What would be helpful would be a Totals Summary that you could turn on if you would like.

Totals: Budget @$200 | Spent $240 | Delta $-40.

You need a point of reference to help you understand your performance. Reports only give you totals, and there is no comparison between what you set in your budget and what you spent.
