Web Releases 4.15.0 & 4.15.1

Here are the issues and features we were able to tackle with the 4.15.0 & 4.15.1 Web Releases, released June 27th: 

• FIXED: Setting a Custom Amount of $0 for any of the Bills & Income sections of the Spending Plan does not update the Spending Plan totals.
• FIXED: The Bills portion is missing in the Spending Plan when a transaction is split between a Bill and a Transfer.
• FIXED: Various errors and crashes.
• ADDED: Support for a couple more Date Commands for the date picker calendars (Early Access).
