Direct Connect to Universal 1

When I tried to download my files from Universal 1, Quicken said that I had deleted my files, and I would have to reestablish a connection however, I couldn't add any of my files. I am using Quicken Classic. I am able to download other files from UBS. This happened right after downloading the latest update to Quicken R57.16.
