TIAA Care Code: FDP-102 (edited)

Hi - Since June 21st - I've been unable to connect to my TIAA accounts in Simplifi. Other accounts are working - and my wife's TIAA accounts are also connected properly.

I've tried to do this from my home as well as work (two different networks) - same result.


I've tried to reset multiple times without success. In addition - I've deleted all my TIAA accounts & tried to add them back in without success. And I've removed the app from my windows computer and have been using the webapp only - also without success.

I've put in a ticket with Quicken Help - Ticket SIM-T1 - 11159640

Please advise.
