    Hello @nrp06,

Thanks for reaching out! If you load Quicken Simplifi in another browser/incognito mode does the balance update correctly? Additionally,

have you tried resetting the connection for the account to see if that works as well? Let us know! https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4857199-how-to-reset-your-account-connections

    Thanks,

My WF CC now has the same behavior. A zero balance + recent payment, and missing a couple of recent charges.

I have a total of 5 WF accounts, including two CC in this mix.

I've gone through all the dis/re-connect procedures, including deleting Quicken access at WF.

The end result is the rest of the WF accounts link up, but not this one CC.

In Simplifi, on connecting, the initial WF screen shows all accounts greyed out but checked including that CC. The WF note says Quicken was previously connected. This is odd since I disconnected all Quicken accounts over in WF. Next screen in Simplifi shows four accounts to relink, but is missing that one CC account. The four relink correctly, leaving the CC as manual.

Over at WF, all five accounts now show as authorized to Quicken.

I've done this a couple of times. Aside from the CC going incorrect, there seems to be an issue over at WF where the Quicken authorization doesn't clear completely when removed.

Any thoughts beyond trying again in a day or two….?

The issue is cyclical. I suspect it is tied to the credit card payment and payment dates.

    Hello @nrp06,

Thanks for the reply. Did you try Resetting our Account connection as mentioned previously? If that does not work, you may want to contact our support team directly to see if screen sharing would allow for more advanced troubleshooting of the issue. https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support

    Thanks,

@nrp06, thanks for giving those steps a try and posting back!

Since Wells Fargo is an OAuth API bank, I'd suggest following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank and generate a new OAuth token:

    1. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    2. Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi and make all of your Wells Fargo accounts manual by following the steps here.
    3. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Let us know how this works for you!
