Mortgage Sync at Island Federal Credit Union
As of last month, my account at Island Federal Credit Union has not been able to sync my mortgage (HELOC). What's very strange is that it was syncing for several months fine before and that my checking and savings accounts through that institution are still synced.

Thanks for reaching out! I do not see an error on our side when you connect to this financial institution in Quicken Simplifi. Are you receiving one? If so, please let us know what that error is.

Well, strangely, I don't get an error it just seems only to be adding my Checking and Savings but not my HLOC loan.

To clarify, when you're trying to connect your accounts, Quicken Simplifi can see the Checking and Savings account, but not the HELOC account? If that is the case, there are some things that can prevent it from seeing the account. Please answer these questions:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
