Every Carta discussion on here gets closed without resolution. It has been nearly FOUR years since the Carta/eShares integration worked.

"Coach Natalie" always shows up with a kind word, usually "Oh we seem to be having a Carta issue, try again".

Given that individuals purchase Quicken products based upon the claims made on your website, perhaps just remove Carta/eShares entirely so that consumers can make an informed decision?
