Integration with Zillow or Kelly Blue Book for automatic updates of properties and vehicles values
The title summarizes it all. Basically, it is a bit tedious to manually update the value of our property and vehicles. An integration, similar to what Mint does with Zillow or Kelly Blue Book for properties and vehicles, respectively, would be very useful and remove alot of the manual work.

Any ETA on the Zillow integration? I just started paying for Simplifi and I'm considering moving from Quickbooks to Quicken but it's odd that a paid app has less functionality than Mint, which is free. Also, I'd like to see a better view of my spending path, investments, loan payment progress in data viz format like on mint.

can you truly say it is in the works when the last update was in June 2021, 2 1/2 years ago?

The initial date on both requests is in 2021, the yellow box shows June 12 as the last update.

It's not exactly difficult for the devs to add an AVR feature from Zillow or one of its competitors given that the same company that owns Mint [removed - inaccurate] (and Quickbooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and ProConnect). They could have rolled that feature into Quicken many years ago.

P.S. Quicken has been independently owned since 2016. Quicken products used Intuit technology for aggregation.

Yes, I am trying to find my Mint replacement. Quicken Simplifi, please add the ability to track home values with Zillow and car values with KBB automatically. That is the key here.

For all of you requesting this - how often do you update home/property or car values? I update those one every few months when I remember.
I did not even know the ability to use Zillow and KBB existed in Mint until I saw people clamoring for such ability here. I went in Mint and updated my car value up to 4 times a year in Mint manually.

I don’t think the answer is questioning how often the value needs to be updated. This functionality exits in Credit Karma just like it did in Mint. Why can’t Quicken just add this? Why should uses have to manually adjust their mortgage and and house value manually?

It is not a matter of not having but of priorities. Simplifi is focusing on connection issues and other features like rollover budgeting. Those are used by most users.
Yes, the feature of updating the home and car value automatically will be nice, I agree.
However, account connections are used daily and those breaking are more concerning than a home or car value being outdated.
