Marcus by Goldman Sachs error FDP-102

I am having trouble connecting with Marcus by Goldman Sachs again.

Error code is FDP-102. I troubleshooted by:

Resetting the connection

Making the accounts manual and then attempting to reconnect

Double checked if financial institution login is correct. I was able to login directly to Marcus via its website.

    Hello @UrsulaA,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked for errors on our end. I can see the FDP-102 errors started yesterday (the 13th). Since the FDP-102 is often a temporary issue, please try again on Monday to see if the issue persists. If it does persist and a reset doesn't correct the issue, please let us know and send logs so that we can look into the issue further. To send logs, please follow these directions:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    Just checking but did you try using incognito or InPrivate mode on your web browser? Last time I had a connection problem using InPrivate /Incognito mode did the trick. Not sure this will work in your instance, but it's worth a try.
