Balance with Pending - 4553.88 (there is 322.47 in Simplifi Pending)

My Bank says - 3892.53 with Pendings

That's a difference of 661.35 ??

    Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your situation, The balance on your bank website is $3892.53 and the balance in Quicken Simplifi is $4553.88, correct? Are the pending transactions in Quicken Simplifi matching what is shown on the bank's website? Can you also let us know what financial institution this account falls under?

    If you have recent pending transactions, Wait 4-6 hours and sync again and next time it should be right. There is an alert about this. Not guaranteeing this is your issue, but this is the alert to follow for updates:

    Balance at the bank is 4215.00
    Available balance at the bank is - 3892.53
    There are 8 pending transactions = 322.47 - 4 of them show as pending 138.26 - 4 of them, from today, show as Holds 184.21

    Simplifi has the 8 pending - 4 of them came in from the bank (138.26) - the other 4 I manually added
    If I chose to see the Bank Balance it shows the 4215.00
    when I chose the Bank with Pending it shows 4553.88

    Hello @EllieBean,

    Thanks for the information. I would try with a fresh connection to see if it corrects the issue and then keep an eye on things moving forward. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes and if the issue continues!

    If resetting the connection (disconnecting and reconnecting the bank) works, it is likely the known issue I mentioned above, especially because you have pending transactions.

    Pay attention to the balance on the top right and the little pop up that shows when you click the (i). Here;s an example, my balance should be $0 but it showing -$59.99 right now — because of this:

    The $59.99 pending charge is being applied on top of what my balance "should" be, resulting in a negative balance. Next sync (such as by disconnecting and reconnecting accounts, or waiting 4-6 hours) that will go away.
