Investment Quotes Updates

I clicked on the refresh icon under Investments>Portfolio after the market opened and I still get quotes as of Friday November 29.

The balances tab displays values that match today's balance as reflected by Schwab, my broker.

    I fear this is a feature, not a bug. I have found that they won't update until around noon. My guess is that will be tomorrow. I haven't checked on Mondays much though.

    I meant to add that I think they should update at least 2x a day.

    Mine just updated at 10:16am CST. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it updates later or just once per day.

    My quotes are still as of 11/29/2024. I do not recall this being an issue before, quotes updated multiple times per day. The balances, however, match what Schwab has.

    @UrsulaA, thanks for posting!

    I'm also not seeing any issues with Investment Quotes updating. I just signed in and went to Investments, and it shows quotes updated today at 11:49 AM MST. Have you tried signing out and back into Quicken Simplifi? Also, have you tried from the Mobile App or a different browser or anything along those lines? Is it possible that your holdings don't have any quote updates at this time?

    @Coach Natalie - Values updated on the mobile app and the web app now. The ETF I hold does not trade often. This issue is resolved for me.

    I just checked my investments and it is 11am CST and my quotes haven't updated since Monday when I posted they had updated! So this is really wonky.

    Yes, I hit the refresh button several times, and signed out and in. I am not quite sure why there is a lag sometimes, but I have noticed it before. It will probably happen before the day is out. Who knows? For good measure, I checked in a different browser and cleared the cache.

    As I was expecting, it finally updated at 310pm. I didn't open the app until 330pm and it did a normal update then, so this is independent of the regular account update. Why it didn't update yesterday, I cannot say, but the timing of the daily update seems to vary.
