connecting mortgagequestions.com PHH mortgage

I see there was a similar question on here but the thread was closed with no real answer, so i'll ask again.

I'm trying to link up simplifi to this mortgage provider but it fails in simplifi.

I can login to the website directly at https://account.mortgagequestions.com/phhm/#/dashboard and get my info fine, but simplifi fails several times with an error "something unexpected happened" and a code, this time it was 11000.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

    To assist with this issue, I checked on our end, and can't see any connection attempts. To help us verify what exactly is occurring here, please supply a screenshot showing the error you are receiving in Quicken Simplifi.

    hi,

    I encountered the same problem connecting to PHH Mortgage with the same error code 11000.

    Additionally, are you trying to update an existing account? Or add a new account to Quicken Simplifi?
