Account to Account Transfers (A2A): Share your feedback here!

I'm setting this feature up. I understand there are risks, but for me, I need the efficiency of moving money directly in Simplifi. I've successfully attached around 11 out of 15 accounts and successfully transferred a smaller amount of money as a test; it took about 3 days. For the remaining 4 accounts, I'm receiving this error and I'm looking to troubleshoot.
- Flagstar Bank = 1 of 9 SAV accounts failed. The rest were successful.
- Farmers & Merchants Bank = 1 of 2 accounts failed.
- Beacon Credit Union = 2 of 2 accounts failed.
What are some troubleshooting steps I should follow? I've already confirmed the #'s are accurate and tried multiple times.

Hello @Flopbot,
I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. If you haven't already done so, please try disabling those accounts for transfers, then re-enabling them.
If that does not correct the issue, then please provide additional information. If you are encountering this issue in the web app, which web browser are you using? What are the names of the accounts encountering this issue, as they appear in your Quicken Simplifi and as they appear with the financial institution? It's okay to send this information via DM, if you're not comfortable posting it here.
Please also send logs. To do that, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
Thank you!

I have been finding this feature super useful! I'm hoping that it will be expanded with options to automate transfers as well as adjusting the transfer message in my bank account!

Since October, this is all I get when I try to enable First US Bank. I've reported it to the agents who just say it is still in preview. Without this account, the feature is useless to me. Also, we STILL get the BANNER to set up this feature. So irritating.

I see that in 4.48 and possibly 4.47 that A2A has been removed, at least in my account. That is great since I couldn't use it anyhow. My local bank apparently didn't let the deposits come through.
I just wondered if it disappeared for everyone or just the ones who weren't using it? Or is it being retooled?
Thanks.

@SRC54, I'm not aware of A2A being removed or anything changing with it, nor has there been an update on your escalation for First US Bank. Do you not have the A2A option for any of your accounts? Also, do you still see Transfer Activity in the Settings menu?
Let us know!

For the record, I was set up for A2A Transfers (though haven't used it in the last 2-3 months), but as of now I cannot locate the 'transfer money' button, so it's not clear how that happens. I will note I have two banks set up with zelle with separate e-mail addresses, so I can "instantly" transfer money between accounts, which beats waiting 2+ days with money unavailable anywhere. I think @SRC54 is right in that it was somehow turned off (intentionally or not).

No, there is nothing at all. As I say it doesn't bother me; glad to have the real estate back. I think it started with 4.47 but sometimes I am slow on the uptake. No way to turn it on even if I wanted to.. @Coach Natalie

@SRC54, thanks for confirming! @RobWilk, thanks for checking as well!
I have reached out to see what I can find out. I will post back with what I learn! Although it doesn't impact either of you, we want to ensure that users have access to the feature and make sure something funky isn't going on.

@SRC54, here is what I was told: "If a user signed up after, I believe, Sept. 19th, they should not see the option to use A2A. There was a bug where we were displaying this option to some users in EA despite them not fitting this criteria, which we fixed, so that may be the reason."
They think this is why you no longer see the options. Did you sign up after this date, do you know? I'm also trying to find out when you can expect to see it back and how this is going to impact your escalation. But, at the very least, I'm glad this won't impact your use of Quicken Simplifi!

@Coach Natalie Probably after Sep 19th. I went back and did a search. I remember the feature appeared in EA and I posted a message about it as I hadn't seen anything about it. Others said they already had it so I wasn't in the first wave of EA.

@SRC54, I misunderstood — they meant signed up for Quicken Simplifi after that date, not A2A. You have definitely been a user longer than that! Now that we are all on the same page, they'd like me to file a bug report for what you're seeing. Would you mind helping out with that? We will need the following data:
- A screenshot of the Settings menu showing that 'Transfer Activity' is gone.
- A screenshot of the three-dot menu for your FUSB checking account showing that there are no A2A options there.
- The browser and browser version you're using the Quicken Simplifi Web App on.
- The OS of the computer you're accessing the Quicken Simplifi Web App from.
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
@RobWilk, we could use the data from you as well if you wouldn't mind participating! Thanks!

It's interesting that @RobWilk actually had it enabled, and it disappeared. I did not have it A2A enabled as I never could get it to work with my local state bank, so I deleted it at my national bank.

Was this removed? I had verified maybe 10 different accounts a few months ago and never attempted any transfer but today I was going to attempt this but now I no longer see the transfers indicators for my bank accounts/transfer history in Settings. I do have "Early Access" enabled and I've been a Simplifi user for about a year now.

@jskup, thanks for letting us know A2A is missing for you as well! I'm not sure what's going on yet, but I'd be happy to add you to the ticket with the following data being provided:
- The names of your previously A2A-enabled accounts, as they appear in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the three-dot menu for at least one of the accounts showing that there are no A2A options there.
- A screenshot of the Settings menu showing that 'Transfer Activity' is gone.
- The browser and browser version you're using the Quicken Simplifi Web App on.
- The OS of the computer you're accessing the Quicken Simplifi Web App from.
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:

Great.. I'll have another account to add when its back. Just opened an account at Four Leaf fcu (formerly bethpage) because they have coin counting. They also had ten times my chase interest rate.

It looks like they actually decided to fix the missing A2A in a patch release, which is expected to go out today. That will be version 4.49.1.
Thanks!

Yep, the links are back today, and hooray, I could dismiss them so now I only see them in Settings:Accounts. I didn't try to set up my local bank again, but may at some point give it another go. It never worked.
But for me, it is fixed this morning.

@ANGELA K NIELSON, thanks for posting to the Community!
To clarify, did you have A2A set up prior and it's now missing, or have you never had the feature? Looking at your account, I'm going to guess the latter. It was mentioned above that users who signed up after September 19th, 2024, will not have A2A at this time, and it looks like you signed up for Quicken Simplifi on 2/26/25 —
Once the feature is released to more users, you will eventually receive enrollment access. We are still very much in the testing stages.
I hope this helps!
