Recent Update Unlinked Bills from Bill Connect (edited)

The last recent update that occured with Simplifi unlinked all my bills. I tried to go back and reconnect my bills and none of them want to connect. Any recommendations or ideas would be helpful. When I try and connect any of my billers I get this error message every time.

    I have experienced the same issue recently for a couple of connected bills. For me, this feature has never worked well, so as they quit working I disconnect them and stop using it. I know this doesn't help you, but you're not alone.

    Thanks for reaching out! I would verify if connecting to your billers in a different web browser or in incognito mode resolves the issue you are experiencing. A third-party extension or a similar setting might be interfering with the connection. Let us know how that goes!

    That did work for some billers. Unfortunately after the update my others billers that used to be connected are no longer on the list.

    Thanks for the reply! With the update, some billers we previously supported may not be available with our new services. Our new service is limited to available billers and is actively working to expand its network.

    If you can’t find your biller, double-check your spelling and try different versions of the biller’s name. If your biller still isn’t available, it likely isn’t supported by the new provider yet. You can still track it by setting up a manual bill reminder. Manual bills are based on estimates and, while they won’t automatically update with the exact amount, they are a reliable way to stay on top of your bills and forecast your cash flow.

    Interesting discovery today - with the new iOS app one of the connected bills that hasn't been working, started working. But, this same bill still doesn't work in the web app. Odd, yes?

    I would definitely see if connecting to your billers in a different web browser or in incognito mode resolves the issue you are experiencing, as I stated previously in this thread. Something may be blocking the connection.

    I’m having the same issue on the mobile app with iPhone 16 iOS 26.0 and the list of billers is very limited.

    The web app and IOS app all seem to be matching again for me, and they show that the billers available to me are all connected now.

    The list of billers is very small and major companies are not on the list such as Amazon, American Express, AT&T, Citi, Centerpoint Energy. Any plans to add these?
