Thanks for reaching out. I can confirm that we have reported this issue to our product team, and they are still actively working on a solution for this issue. We will be sure to provide any status updates here when we receive them regarding this issue.

Hello @bleen,
I am back with an update from our product team on this issue. You and everyone else with this type of Chase First account will need to contact Chase and have the accounts authorized to be linked, since they are not included in the authorization list sent to us from Chase. We cannot do this from our side since Chase controls which accounts are authorized.

After 20 minutes and talking to 5 different people at Chase, the answer was that First Banking accounts should never have been available to be linked to external services since it's an account for a minor and apparently there are legal blocks to doing it. Disappointing, but there you go.
