Icon for pending transactions to review/clear? (edited)
Is there a way that when you update your accounts to pull new transactions that it has some sort of icon next to each account that has pending transactions to review/clear?
What is the best way to manage this?
I do not always have new transactions for each account, but I have MANY accounts.

Hello @lynchbro,
Thank you for coming to the Community to ask this question. To clarify, are you asking if Quicken Simplifi has something similar to the blue dot or red flag icons that Quicken Classic uses to tell you that something new downloaded?
Currently, the closest thing we have to that is the Reviewed column, which you can use to mark which transactions you have already reviewed. For more information, please see this article:
There are currently a couple Idea posts asking for functionality similar to what you're looking for:
If none of these cover what you're wanting to see, then you can also create a new Idea post. For information on how to do that, please review the post linked below:
I hope this helps!

I've voted up the existing post. I hope this can happen sooner than later. Thank you.

Hi @lynchbro
What I do is simply hover over the left side menu (web app in the mobile app tap the 3-bar menu top left) and click on the Transactions tab. The Transaction page defaults to all transactions for all accounts and at the top of the list you will see under Pending, all your pending transactions for all accounts.
You can review all pending transactions in this list or continue to each account individually to review pending transactions. I don't mark any pending transactions as cleared but let QS do that when the various banks actually report them as cleared. Admittedly, QS will occasionally miss and leave a transaction as pending after it has cleared and, in those cases, after confirming a transaction has cleared at the bank, will then manually clear it.

wait, QS will occasionally make mistakes and we need to be aware of the transactions at the bank itself? I rarely log into my bank, so seems I need to add a new step into my weekly review?
In QC Mac, because there is a recon feature of QC balance vs the Bank balance that is how those things are caught. How do we need to catch those? Just be aware of all your bank transactions itself? Thanks for your help!
