Marking transaction as Reviewed requires a second click to apply the change
It used to be that when you clicked on the Reviewed check mark on a transaction it would immediately accept your change, however now if I click on the check mark, a second click is required somewhere outside of the register in order to get the changes to be accepted. In other words, when I click the Reviewed check mark, the transaction remains selected and the change is not actually applied until I deselect the transaction.
This is especially an issue if the last action I take before leaving the Transactions register is to review a transaction, which I would say is the case about 80% of the time. So I end up needing to review that transaction again the next time I go to the register.
Not sure if this is a bug or an intentional change, but I would expect clicking the checkmark would immediately apply my changes (especially considering I can undo it if it was mistake by clicking "Undo" inside the toast message).

@floridaman5000, thanks for posting to the Community!
When testing from my end, I think I'm seeing the same thing you described. Do you have Early Access enabled, by chance? If so, the best way to have your feedback heard regarding behavior with the transaction register is to post to our dedicated feedback thread for the new register, which is currently in Early Access testing:
Our product team is actively monitoring the feedback thread for issues or recommended enhancements. Otherwise, I can confirm that the old register will eventually be replaced with the new register for all users. So any issues with the old register will then become obsolete.
If the new register in Early Access works better for you in the meantime, I'd definitely recommend using it! Our support article here goes over enabling Early Access in Quicken Simplifi:

@Coach Natalie this is an issue with the new register I already posted about it on that thread which you linked, but did not receive a response from a coach. I hope that it (and the other feedback I posted over the last few weeks) was noticed!

Yes, in fact I do have it turned on although to be honest I completely forgot that I did that. It might make sense to have a message on the screen somewhere (maybe in the Left Nav menu) that Early Access is turned on.
Either way, this issue went away when I turned off Early Access3
