    I haven't been able to get my Prompt Payer badge to work beyond one month in February of 2024, so glad to hear I'm not the only one. I had given up on it, but I may submit a ticket and see what I can figure out since it sounds like a few people have gotten it working.

    @UrsulaA & @DannyB, hello!

    Have either of you received the Prompt Payer achievement yet? Our product team updated the ticket to reiterate that everything needs to be marked as "paid" by the 8th, or the badge will be reset. However, I feel that this aspect is already well known here in this thread, so I don't believe it to be the cause. I also see that we provided proof of this prior, so I'm not sure where the confusion is coming from.

    With that, if either of you has still not received this achievement, I think we may need to gather a fresh round of data and logs so I can reopen the ticket and provide proof again that everything is "paid" before the 8th. Which means we will need to work on gathering this info at the beginning of February.
