Customizable invoices and estimates
Your Classic Quicken for Home and Business allows you to remove “items” such as the product number from an estimate or invoice. Product numbers are needed for the user so we are sure we quote or invoice the correct part, however we don’t want the customer to see the part number they could easily google.
This is essential to use your product for a business customer. Renaming to vague or no -descriptive wording leaves room for error.

I noticed you mentioned items specifically. We have a new Products & Services menu that allows you to edit your items for invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. You should also be able to edit the items directly from the invoice to remove part numbers or any other details you don't want the client to see. I'm not sure if this helps, but I wanted to mention it!
