Barclays Credit Card Account Loaded but No Transactions

I think there’s an issue with Barclay’s transaction data. I have a Barclay’s credit card connected. The balance is correct, but no new transactions have loaded since the 4th. I contacted support yesterday and they escalated the issue after some initial troubleshooting. You should do the same.

I am having the same problem with Barclay's. I reset the card and that did not fix the problem.

Transactions are loading for me again as of this morning. Hopefully that means the issue is fixed.

Are you able to download transactions that were previously not downloaded, or just new ones from today?

That I'm not sure of, since I was adding transactions manually. Needed to keep track of them, plus the payments

I had been adding mine manually, but they now have matching transactions that appear as cleared, which suggests that it did load historical data.

Same issue here transactions from 4/4 are missing. I am seeing pending transactions from 4/17 but looks like when it clears it disappears again. I have 3 more that showed up as pending today. I will monitor to see to see what happens when it clears.

Showing correct amount for card but only showing one transaction from April. Transactions from March 24 on are missing on Simplifi.

And I'm only seeing a month of transaction, the most recent. I made sure there were not filters, the date range goes out for a year.

Yes, it's definitely not all fixed
Today, I my transaction didn't download that I had a few days ago. But balance shows it.
And old ones that I've added manually didn't download as well.

Having same ongoing issue waiting on resolution for a couple weeks. No transactions since 4/6.

We don't see any transactions before March. This is a mess. All the transactions have to be re-categorized now, which is a lot of tedious work. This is very disappointing.

The issue is no updates get posted to that post. It is very frustrating to have your question dismissed, then be set to a post, where comments are disabled, and no updates are ever posted.
