Ally card is now Ollo card

Ally card is now Ollo card with Merrick Bank - I can't add it in Simplifi because if I use Merrick Bank - that is not where I sign in. And if I put in Ollo it is not recognized.

Not sure what to do with this - I do see my Ally account has been updated in Simplifi - Do I just leave it be?

    If the account is updating, I would recommend leaving it be. Oftentimes, banks will update existing connections with anything new, so that may have happened in this case. If the account ever stops updating, however, please be sure to let us know.

    @Coach Natalie - OK this was an Ally credit card which upon looking never updated but for some reason the balance is correct?! That card is now an Ollo credit card which is part of Merrick Bank. I see Simplifi supports Merrick Bank … BUT … I don't sign in to Merrick I sign in to ollocard - Is this going to be supported in Simplifi?

    We can't confirm whether support for a particular bank will be added to Quicken Simplifi. We can troubleshoot issues with existing bank connections, and users can request missing banks, but that's about as far as we can go.

    Thanks @Coach Natalie But Ollo is not a bank it is part of Merrick Bank - I guess I'll have to wait and see what transpires with this.

    @EllieBean, since you mentioned that you do not sign in through Merrick Bank directly to access the account, it would need to be supported as its own unique financial institution instance within Quicken Simplifi.

    If you choose to submit an official Missing Financial Institution Request for Ollo here in the Community, please be sure to include the direct login URL for the bank. This helps our team understand how users access the account and determine the best way to support it.
