    I'm having problems with transfers, too. Say I pay a credit card from a checking account. This shows as a transfer for the card, but not for the bank, even though the card transaction says that it sees both sides. Clicking "show other side" does nothing. If I set the transfer category manually, it creates a new transaction, so I have two copies of the bank transaction. If I delete one of these, either one, it breaks the link again so I'm back where I started. For now, I'm not going to try to fix these.

    Thanks for reaching out! I can certainly understand the frustration here. If you still wish to troubleshoot, I can certainly try to help. I will just need a little information.

    To clarify further, the issue is that only one side of the transfer exists, and you cannot locate the other side, even by selecting "Go to other side", correct? If you can, please provide a screenshot of the transfer in question, so that I can verify what may be occurring here. I would need to see the Transaction Detail window.
